2 cans of pink/red beans, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons sofrito
1 finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup tomato sauce
Chicken/vegetable broth to taste
Salt to taste
Cayenne to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
In sauce pan, heat olive oil, saute onions, garilc, and sofrito until tender. Add beans, tomato sauce, chicken broth and simmer for 30ish minutes.
